I completely agree! JMW may not deny the motion as she herself gave the OK at the UST’s request to implement an EC (which was quickly formed)! The only real benefit of JMW denying the motion with dispatch would be the immediate positive sigh of relief to current shareholders. LOL! IMO it would also bring in some new investors in a hurry! … rs
