I'm sure the EC attorney will respond, but the burden of proof is on the petitioner, which is WMI; not the EC. Since I believe the committee will continue to function as normal without a ruling, I'm not as concerned about how long it takes for JMW to rule on this one. She's not going to disband it now unless it is proven no equity will exist.
