"creditors’ committee" can file whatever they want, the judge will just ignore it. It's all good. What pisses me off the that hongster was insinuating the it was the Debtors.
You were (still are???) one of the LONGs, and your DDs were always better than that. As Floyd indicated in his Post #53107, it’s the "creditors’ committee", not the Debtor's. And you know that the creditors’ committee has been opposing any EC formation from the beginning of the BK. I trust you that you don't have any hidden agenda like others, who have been trying hard with any possible smart ways. Wish you the best!!
