Maybe they will, may be they wont. This is the same old song they've been singing for the last several months. I was privy to alot of this "cant find anything for equity" language with my dealings via the alliance push. The language continues, and if you folks want to spend some $$, you can get the court transcripts within a day or two after any hearing and listen to it yourself. What's different this time is that someone contradicted that wore out tune and they didnt like it.
