Mr. Leinwand, care to explain to our viewing audience what happened with the following companies and their penny stock investors: Gemini Integrated Financial Services, Value Holdings, Innovative Technology Acquisition Corporation and everyone's favorite - PGS Pharmaceuticals Group? Are you proud that the Australian Government distributed a pamphlet titled "The Little Black Book of Scams" highlighting PGS as a cautionary example of investment fraud? I mean really Mr. Leinwand - you were the only director / officer of PGS.
Mr. Leinwand you were once quoted as saying that you know what it looks like, "just another little South Florida Scam company" and our DD offers little resistance to this comment - so what's up Mr. Leinwand?
