I've done my DD on both companies and I honestly believe we will see a nice jump once merger news hits and then a slow drop due to over-hype only to steadily rise again once things get rolling (Hopefully more contracts). I will sell some shares right after the merger and then with the rest I'm going to wait it out long term.

With a massive reverse split coming, probably 1:1000, looks like you'll have about 100K shares remaining and then those will be sold down by T. Makmann in a New York second .......
