I've done my DD on both companies and I honestly believe we will see a nice jump once merger news hits and then a slow drop due to over-hype only to steadily rise again once things get rolling (Hopefully more contracts). I will sell some shares right after the merger and then with the rest I'm going to wait it out long term.
