Sorry! I dont no what happen in Feb last year and dont really care.I am in as of 10/09.If thing happen at that time between (CEO) and sharehold.I'am sorry if he mislead any.But that is the past to me.And i dont live in the past.I live for the future.This is a new company with a future.You have been in this stock a long time,and you can't wait two weeks for (SS)? I'am sorry if he lied back then.I no i would'nt wont anyone lieing to me after i invested my hard earn money nither.I dont no if your in our out.But why come this far.And stop..Why not wait that 2-weeks out and see if he could make good of his past...jmo..go (hesg)

Great info. How can shareholders keep denying things like this? Its the same behavior on public records going back to 1997. MODUS was 12 years later. What makes people think things have changed?
