I guess I did lose patience. Do yourself a favor and read the latest PR's and tell me there not misleading as to what is really taking place? This company will not be generating revenues for at least a year, although from the last PR's one would think from the language it was going to take place alot sooner.
The deals would more or less be partnerships. HESG would fund the operations for expansion and growth of the existing business. The negotiations are moving quickly and we expect them to close no later than the end of December 2009 or the first of the year.
"With these acquisitions, HESG would be the first public company with actual operation of a Medical Marijuana business," states Gaffney. "Once the preliminary documents are decided and signed we will announce the names; until then we are keeping the names of the Companies under wraps. The public can expect the names of the companies to be exposed by the middle of next week."
Do wish Gaffney had used too instead of to, BUT Major has a point here. This is an infant pot industry. And a lot worse happens that what SRAVEN did to his credit point out.
stuff like that happens all the time in business. this is a new venture and if you have no patience then you will only be a patient at the new healing centers we will be providing. go and meditate.
So your saying that companies all the time make major announcements to their shareholders that will affect their ROI and then don't follow through with some type of communication when the deal collapses? HESG has NEVER made an offical announcement on the finalization/result of this deal. Alot of people lost their a$$es from this and all Tom had to say about it was: "the deal just didnt go through; Modus was asking too much and had too little to offer." I had to get this info from him through an email almost a year later. That should scare everybody that their capable of this type of non-professional behavior. And I didn't know all this prior to my initial investment, this all surfaced over the last month.
