I certainly didn't get that out of the blog post. I interpretted it as just a statement of technical oversight which Derek described using 'intentional' language (as humans often do even when there clearly couldn't be intent).
Picked up more MNTA. Very bullish on this one. Dew, you've done a great job with analyzing the information and doing your DD. I do want to know why the FDA has yet to approve. I know these things take time but it would seem they have all of the information they need to make a decision. Why continue to drag this out? If it's ready to approve, approve it already.
Btw, i thought it was very bullish that Oppenheimer believes MNTA's drug may be the one approved. That would be enormous for us.
