I can hardly believe it either.

Hard to believe that a judge would keep a public company in the dark for so long. If there was an order, couldn't they go back to the court and ask for a special dispensation? "Please allow us to say that the lights are still on (somewhere) and we are still working on the CRAM."

This investment has been very disappointing thus far. I've learned some good lessons, but hell, taking a class would have been much cheaper.

Hopefully the five amigos are turning over some rocks.

Anne Ferro, head of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, told Transport Topics she hoped the agency will get a variety of points of view during its upcoming public hearings on hours-of-service.

“I'm hopeful that we will get a broad range of perspective from users, consumers, regulators, enforcement folks ... and possibly turning over some rocks on some new areas of research,” Ferro told TT Tuesday following a session at the Transportation Research Board on ongoing FMCSA activities.
