Seriously, you just dont get it. The 275 is the float times 7. Take the 129 mil subtract the restricted and times by 7. Come on man. no dilution what so ever.
LOL if the float increases then the A/S increases plain and simple. My point and your missing it is the Float will increase by 7 times. The A/S will not increase by 7 Times. The A/S will increase proportionally to what the Float increases. I can't make it any plainer then that.
Yes, diluted, with us as the recipient rather than shares being dumped onto us. This would be easier to market at .009 with 275mm shares out than $.07 with 35mm out.
