I have received all my shares at this point - the last certificate arrived today.
The first two have Eco-Rx with NuEarth Corp typed under the Eco-Rx name. Also the old CUSIP is blocked out and the new CUSIP is typed on the Certificates.
It looks like they were just using up the old certificates.
The Third Certificate has NuEarth Corp Logo and CUSIP.
Legally and I am a lawyer - the old certificates are no different then the new ones - it is the CUSIP that dictates the trading ability.
Grow up people and do some DD and some work on your investments - this is basic stuff
