I agree. Today is just the selection but I don't see Judge Walrath not approving this formation. I believe it would have been stopped last month if she had any reason to not agree to it.
My only concern is what can a committee accomplish within the next week before Weil submits their proposed reorganization plan.
Your post is correct. The judge approving the EC is just a formality the UST wields alot of authority and 99.9% (and sometimes higher) LOL an EC is approved. Secondly, you are correct in the assumption that there will probably be no resolution talk. They will only be there today to elect members and give appointed structure to the EC. I am just happy knowing an EC is going to be a reality after today and we have a group looking out for our interests. GLTA
