EC is not a done deal, court. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the judge still has to approve whatever committee the Trustee forms today. That approval may just be a formality, but it's a necessary step before the EC can go making any resolutions.

IMO, they'll spend little, if any, time on resolution talk today... today they'll be working out who the committee's primary members will be, spokesmen, contact info, etc., etc. They won't talk about resolutions or anything like that until the committee and it's structure is approved by the judge.
