Yes it tells you they have the equipment yet the PR states they will work towards getting equipment.Are they making money? Ooops sorrry PLBI hasnt posted financials for a little while wonder why?Did Wheeler resign? Strange cant find that info anywhere either, this smells so bad.All those PLBI PR's and nuthin to show for it.
