I'm more concerned with the NTRU/Wave "PARTNERSHIP", not with

Atmel still needs to provide TPM software that allows

is Not covered by Atmel's agreement with NTRU."

Wave provides the TPM software that allows
users to take control of the TPM as well as TPM
management software as well as a CSP for NTRU. Atmel indirectly gets Waves' software because of the Atmel licensing of NTRU TSS. Wave/NTRU "partnership" allows Atmel to get management software for the NTRU TSS.
