Hi Xbig and Panga,

I'm trying my best to make my shares of RVGD viable again and have no doubts Ameritrade et al. are lying for whatever reason. My question to you would be should I go ahead and process the paperwork using the verbiage Panga is using in spite of Eugene telling me that they couldn't accept the transfer b/c ameritrade won't release my shares. Or should I open yet another account and try to transfer my shares there, e.g., bank of america.

As a disclaimer, I am not holding anyone responsible for my predictament but me and Ameritrade and a little Zecco(LOL), since they said they would accept my shares and now have reneged.

Oh and Xbig, I did contact my AG and Michael Ames from the SEC.

Isn't it true that the DTc suspended all services for RVGD besides custodial? Since Ameriturd uses DTC doesn't that explain why Ameriturd does not allow buying of RVGD shares?
