pammy, ameritrade is LYING, there is no other way to say it....there is NO 'global lock'.....thats bs......i will repeat this one more time........its ONLY scott, ameritrade and etrade........with BANK OF AMERICA, you can buy or sell the stock.....with MERRILL LYNCH, you can buy or sell the stock, with any PENSON broker you can buy or sell the stock.....with any one of 500 other brokers you can buy or sell the stock.......its just these three......which probably represents 75-80% of the float, imo

this is out of the company's hands........there is nothing they can do about this, its pointless to contact them.......i also realize there are some people who are absolutely thrilled this is happening........how'd you like to have those folks as your next door neighbor?
