It is anticipated that a name change and symbol change will occur in the next 90 days. The prior Proton directors have resigned concurrent with the acquisition. More information may be seen at the Company's website www.regenobody.com.

So overnite, its no longer a water company, name and symbol change, now they will need (IMHO) to authorise a whole bunch of new shares just like that...the game starts all over again.
