The makeup stock for holders of record as per the stock for Nuearth, not for holders of Anviron from 12/29/2008 that were cheated out of the .001 pps dividend.
Please make me wrong as I have not received any stock from them as I didn't sell my stock in ANVH until June of 2009 so I would still be entitled to that Anviron dividend too.
