As much as I would like to agree, I don't. Park Place is working a joint venture on their own properties. They are contracting with people to perform seismic evaluations, drilling, etc…this is not what PPTL does. The common address issues are likely related to Transfer Agents and or when Bruce acted as an interim Board Member.
Again, JMHO, but I think there is no connection, merger, etc. related to these Companies.
