TD Ameritrade has an Ask of $12.10 for the last two three days; what's up with that? Usually they do that ever 6 or 7 months on the overnight, but once trading time hits its back to an Ask of $0.000001. Something weird going on......see yea in a couple of months.

Whats up with the volume today, I am still holding my post reverse split shares, almost fell off my chair this morning when I saw that my account was overall up 30.4%, then checked what caused the gain and that's when I saw PPTL up 900% today.

I have Scottrade

They said the fee was for the reverse split. I asked if this was in the original agreement that we had. She said "no", it was a fee that had been added on and I had been notified months ago.

I have a fair number of trades with them. She told me that they would waive the fee this time, but be aware of it for the future.

No harm in asking, they might waive it for you, depending on your broker and maybe depending on the number of trades per year.

Mine was a little over $ 17.00

CIK is a stock that has been paying dividends of approximately 9-10% faithfully since then.

I will try to get some CIK again for me, then will feel better.

I see nowhere is Mr. Thompson mentioned

Status: Inactive - Administratively Dissolved (Tax)

If that is the case then why the reverse split ? No need for me to pay $ 20.00 to Scottrade for the "re-organization" as they termed it.

Is someone else in charge of the claims and this still may be resurrected ?

If it was dissolved, why the reverse split and the goofy 600 share trade at a dollar. That trade will set off a lot of scanners and maybe that was the intent.

Curious - no ?

I am so angry about this. I had 66,750 @ $220.00 since 2008, 5 years and nothing to show for it but a reverse split. Now I have 66 shares worth $66.00. Yes I know $220.00 isnt a lot of money, but the fact that we believed in the company and updates or press releases for 5 years just dont seem fair to the investors. And now it would cost more to sell and to risky to buy......

The Company has the following oil and gas properties:

Boyne Lake Gas Project, Bonneyville, Alberta

In September 2005, the Company purchased the petroleum and natural gas rights to 640 acres of land

approximately 60 miles northeast of Edmonton, Alberta.

The Company commissioned an internal engineering and geologic report on the Boyne Lake property.

Based on oil at US$32 per barrel and gas at US$6.10 per Mscf, the net present value of Probable plus

Possible Reserves discounted at 10% is US$4,391,530 per well.

At current prices, this would equate approximately US$8,000,000 per well.

Initial production rates are anticipated to be in the range of 0.5 to 1.0 Mscf per day, which at today's

prices equates to a netback to the company of approximately US$90,000 to US$180,000 per month per

well.

According to the company's geophysical consultant's interpretation of the seismic, two drill target

anomalies exist on the property. Seismic evidence collaborates our original geologic assumptions

indicating the presence of three zones in one drill target and two in the other. The zones are referred to

as: Upper Grand Rapids A sand, Upper Grand Rapids B sand, and the Viking sand.
