bluediamonds - It is laudable that Dr. D and others are anxious to enlist the aide of our elected representatives in combating naked short selling.
However, the CMKX shareholders would be better served if an equivalent effort were put into convincing Mr. Casavant to ungag the transfer agent, bring all past due SEC filings up to date and release the CMKX share structure - not necessarily in that order.
Any NSS position in CMKX would be immediately revealed by announcing the share structure making the assistance of congress to that end moot.
Frankly, the "waiting for the right time" excuse is wearing a little thin after these many months - send your requests for action to Urban Casavant, the rewards for CMKX shareholders would be much better served by that effort.
