at this point i took a phone call and watched the last trades
and activity on rt l2 ..

at 15:59:08 .. *nite* would go above sali on bid to .0031

a 5k at the ask (palc) would move palc from .0031 to .0034 at
15:59:09

then the ask (nite at .0032) would get hit for 2 trades 9,325
and 200,000 shares at the same time stamp .. 15:59:19

nite would then raise their *ask* from .0032 to .0034 (where
etmm had gone at 14:49:48 and palc moved to after that 5k trade)

the last 2 trades .. are also at the time stamp of 15:59:19
they however are at .0031 (nite on bid) notice the trades are
for 9,325 and 185,675 .. that = 195,000 hmmm add the 5k at
that *ahem* took out palc at .0031 on ask and the total = 200k
