So if these guys are getting shares for the settlement wouldnt they want the stock price to go up I mean unless they want to sell right after but I think they can pull this off if they get buyers because if the settlement requires they get a certain amount of shares than perhaps they want a high return for there troubles time will tell. Waiting for more updates
How many shares NIR gets is not going to affect the price short term. The reality of the situation is if volume continues to remain steady and at high levels and the company stops diluting the PPS will rise off demand. The fundamental aspect of the company and its share structure is losing relavence with the influx of shares from the last 60 days. At some point I would not be surprised to see some form of restructuring in the way of a RS or merger into a shell. They really cant expect this company to hit old highs without a reduction of some kind in the share structure. They good news is for the time being we can expect to see some gains here.
