At least that excuse I can half-way buy, we had a shipment of 450 fujisu tablets delayed nearly 4 weeks due to the Chinese New Year... I was waiting on that one too. But we were warned ahead of time and modified our project roll outs.
You would think the Chinese government cronies who allegedly produced the new samples would buy up PYCT/CES and the patents if it were worth anything by offering .001 for everyones shares. 99% of shareholders would score a 5-10 bagger. The Chicoms are loaded with cash!
