Well I would assume the dilution was part of the resolution wouldnt you? I also would assume some sort of clarification at some point but since its a legal matter part of the final settlement could remain confidential even though its a public company. We will have to review the wording after its all said and done. At any rate I am happy to have that monkey of the back of th CYBL investors. If the company lets this run now without the dilution we could see some solid gains in the near future based off the increased volume we have seen the last few months.
