Alot of pinkies have been naked shorted, and there is a huge problem with it too. Pinkies are not goverened as well as the big cap stocks are, i understand it is very easy to nns a pinkie with out recourse. Can you name some that are? Do you have the list of them? If PYCT is naked shorted it was done prior to the current pps of .0001, and you know that.
