i mean absolutely no disrespect but has anyone *here* actually ever been involved in a company either coming public or doing a spin off with another co. (etc and the div)
i spent 2 hours discussing this with another exph sor .. who has a securities lawyer on retainer .. this is a complex situation .. that imo could take more time than most will ever understand
what i'm looking for is the catalyst
that to me is one of 3 (maybe 4) scenarios
q3 is pr'd one retailer with specifics re: etc div date for etc or an expo nda lifted with specifics
that is it ..
it's why (and while i'm literal) i understand that the time frames *expected* .. rarely come to pass ..
regardless i do trust in my DD .. that said i never underestimate nite and some of the scum who utilize them ..
looking forward to what is pr'd next .. and yes i'd like to see a pr this week .. but if it comes next week .. so be it
