yes, but they went SEC reporting as soon as they could and were very upfront...They missed projections and had excuses, whether we believed or not...They did not use the shares wisely by most traders thinking either...YET, they were as transparent as they could be the whole way....they even warned of earnings shortfalls months ahead and a slowdown in order to protect shares as much as possible...Their company has changed a couple times from its original conception as well, not spun off a new area...They actually informed shareholders of an O/S increase a month before it happened!!!
Its all about working WITH shareholders....
So yes, real companies do not play games with their shareholders...Shareholders ask for pertinent info and it gets supplied....
