sometimes, but not in the case of TSHO... I don't think.
I've moved an entire ask up by buying a few hundred shares with 100 showing. So it probably didn't mean there was 10,000 shares on the ask.
But yes, with other stocks like BGEM, this is the case. 1 share on level 2 is equal to 100 shares- this is true for most stocks
also, pinksheets.com shows TSHO bid/ask as only 1 share ask, and 100 share bid- same as level 2.
while if you compare another company to the level 2 data, there will be a 50 share bid/ask on level 2, but pinksheets will show the "real" number of 5,000 shares
So it appears the "real" number is actually 1 share. Though, I could be wrong, I don't have an actual broker platform
