not true... within a broker... they could have a match trade lower than the .04.... looking at the trades.. they are few ... and SOMEONE is eating up these shares... that if obvious.. or we would be MUCH lower... IM0 random retail could not support the price here.. Someone else is...

any small trade below .04 is a market maker taking out a retail seller that they represent. The seller is retail the buyer is the Market Maker. This is not a "trade" as there is only a seller. The seller calls the MM and says "Why is my trade at .04 not filling? and the MM says why not try it at .039 "
