Anyone not in denial can clearly see the wells notice lists infractions they will recommend action on and those infractions include fraud.

Show me where SPNG has been charged with fraud. Until then you can state that but does not make it true.

No one said "charged", I said commited fraud, which they did. As for your free shares, we all know where those came from. As for Pike, he invested 100 million shares BEFORE the SEC suspension...he had already bought into Moskie's lies before the problems hit. He had no choice but to try and average down.
