The 8-K does indeed list the clauses that they are being accused of violating. What that list fails to do is tell us how they were violated. Those clauses are b r o a d ... and some detail would be helpful to know what the exact nature of the violations. I know many here on this board would have everyone believe that this marks the end for SPNG, but what is different from just after the suspension, or any other previous negative event? They've already been crying wolf for months on end. I plan to hold until concrete news comes out. If I were going to take a loss in this stock, I would have done it before the end of last year. GLTA!
