You should try again later or after the weekend from the archivers main site it appears they are down for some reason.

They seem to have jacked the prices for canwest or they just charge more in Toronto. The Ottawa affiliate paper did the search for me for free, provided the first bits and only wanted 3-4$ a year or two ago.

Our research fee ranges from $15 for one specific article to $75 for up to ten articles on any topic. Plus GST.

$15 plus GST for 1 article when publication date is given ie: May 3, 2006

$30 plus GST for 1-2 articles requiring more research.

$75 plus GST for 0-10 articles requiring extensive research.
