In all fairness who knows if CYGX even got served or how/when it was filed. Obviously PP had some mole come on the board here and warn of of us but that doesn't mean that CYGX got a notice.

You can sue anyone for anything. I feel that CYGX does a good job of giving us what we need to know. We all would like more information but i think that's just a part of being an investor.

Boy would i love to be a fly on the wall whne yin says we just cured ..........!!!!!!!!!!

That's going to happen someday if not already.

The world will know when it is ready & needs too.

Rick, you're still and always will be my favorite "Monkey's Uncle." ROFLMAO. Keep up your great work.

Over the years you and I have had direct dealings with the staff at CYGX. I still chuckle at our conversation right after the 'screaming incident' you referenced.

We both had close brushes with the grim reaper and for some strange reason we both are still around. I like to think that is some kind of good omen.

We've seen some excellent talent come and go. Our greatest loss was when the grim reaper made a strike and deprived us of someone with actual successful hands-on experience in international corporate management. His skill and expertise are sorely missed.

A couple of folks just realized that they had performed in exemplary manners during earlier stages of the development of this corporation, but that the success they shared had elevated the corporation to a point that they were in over their heads ... or maybe more accurately, they had performed the interim tasks and they thought others could move forward in a more expeditious manner. Building and maintaining a corporation is a lot like a relay race. The baton must be passed on to another person periodically so that fresh hands and feet carry it forward.

I do not think the PP lawsuit is frivilous, nor is it the result of a hasty decision by folks who are without skill, knowledge, resources or ability. From the little I have been able to find out, it may bear similarities to the counter suit by Waldroff and AVGI. IF (note this is a big IF) that is a correct assumption, there is a BIG problem. IF (note this is the same BIG IF) there is evidence that CYGX withheld or even delayed providing the support that had been promised, we have a VERY BIG PROBLEM and someone should be held accountable.

Several posters have implied that CYGX may have made a deal and then decided that they could make a better deal with someone else and changed their minds. I pray that is not the case because if it is, then credibility and integrity are going to become over riding aspects of this entire cluster flop.

Great to see you posting and as always, the best to you and yours ... uh, and take good care of my primate cousins.

grrdvm1,

I look at CSCO, a company whose leadership had a vision to transform the way we communicate today using routers and switches and try to imagine how a husband and wife team from Stanford University literally started it in their garage and grow it to a company with a yearly revenue of over 22 billion, I just hope that such innovations are not lost on the minds of the leadership of this co. This co's science is so revolutionary I just hope to GOD this management sits down and does some serious soul searching, cause they can't really afford to keep screwing up any more. They just keep up dollying millions of shares for a few bucks in this hidden sweartheart deals with vultures like this Paul and co who seem not to have any respect or allegiance for the science of CYGX other than to turn around and dump the shares at miserable prices (profit for them, but could be more if they were visionsries) and keep diluting the heck out of cygx. I have raised here the point of this co doing S8 so that we the shareholders being more deserving , imo than the likes of the VULTURES, Paul and co can buy at lower prices and hold on to our shares. I have no doubt most of us here can be relied upon to hold thru thick and thin than the likes of the vultures LW likes to deal with.

Having said that, I SALUTE YOU CYGX SCIENTISTS and I FEEL FOR YOU TOO, cause even though you can't express your opinions out fo loyalty to CYGX, I have a gut feeling you are just as frustrated as the shareholders here on the account of the relentless bungling of LW and MS. I just pray GOD give them wisdom to alter their present approach and pursue a better enlightened course.

Good luck to us all. CYGX NEEDS IT!
