GM PRRMrs. I love shrimp, scallops, lobster and crab, but they all have to be dead and cooked! LOL
Wiffeepoo hates fish, so I don't get it very often. (Seafood that is). Oh and as far as THAT goes, like Rodney Dangerfield used to say, I have my sex and steak the same way, very rare!
She also hates cheese that isn't melted. She thinks all cheese tastes like sour milk. I tell her she's full of ^%$(. She'll eat pizza and garlic bread though. I like to cook (and drink while I'm cooking). At least once a week I make either pizza rolls or egg rolls by loading a flat tortilla with toppings, rolling it into a large egg-roll shape, drop it in the deep-fryer until it's crisp and then baking for awhile to dry up any extra oil on them. They freeze great and my wife takes the egg-rolls and plum sauce for her lunch to work several days a week. I usually make the whole package of 10 tortillas up at a time. I love chinese food, so stir fries and varities of rice are other favourites. Making stuffed manicottis today, while drinking my homemade wine. Sometimes I have to ask my wife the next day whether things tasted OK the night before, 'cuz I was to hammered to remember!
