If FINRA decided today it was in their best interest to get a 211 out it would be done very quickly.

if there is no filing by the market maker for the 211 sponsoring spongy.. everything is moot ..

because they must have a current 10K or 10Q and the 8k along with other documents .. other wise they stay on the grey ..

If Spongetech management decided today that it was in the their best interest to get a 10 filed today it would be filed. But the management has not made that filing because it is not in their best interest to do so.
