When we'd go out on the big
lakes we could come back with 20 lb.+ limits. I'm also addicted to broiled "white" fish, lemon, butter and new potatos etc. so we didn't smoke everything
plus we only would get a week or two a year.
In the Keys it was grouper, red snapper, yellow tail, etc. and to a lesser extent
mahi-mahi and of course Florida lobster and S. African rock (bulldozer's). You're a lucky man.
