FWIW I'm in Canada of course, today I finally got "Corporate Action Notice" from TDWaterhouse advising that "holders will recieve three restricted shares of US Canadian Minerals Inc (New) fore each restricted share of US Canadian Minerals Inc. (Old) held.
This is normal, I didn't expect to see them actually posted to my account before today...now probably Monday or Tuesday....normal with some brokers is 7-10 working days.
