your statement is loaded with assumptions where no facts exist to support them. There are numerous probable reasons that the filings have not been completed yet, and none of them have a thing to do with fraud on SPNG's part. I feel there has been fraud committed here, I am not sure that SPNG is the culprit. I become more convinced with each passing day there are "concerned" people posting to this board that have no horse in this race, yet they post 12+ hours a day. Why would they do that? What is their motivation? As I have stated I believe there was and is fraud being committed here, just not sure of all the perps. Have a good day :)GLTA Go SPNG


well the SEC is pretty sure who did the fraud .. because they suspended them and are formally investigating spongy and all involved with spongy for securities violations. In order for the SEC to formally investigate spongy the SEC must go before the SEC commission with evidence of wrong doing and ask for the formal investigation be granted

blaming the naysayers and the phantom NSS or who ever! does not change the facts - the company and operators totally bears the fault and shame

nice post. Oh, and to answer some of the people who answered my earlier post with questionable logic...the SEC already has the power to replace corporate criminals, and that is far from fascism. It is called the rule of law. Would you prefer that the SEC allow criminals to remain in their positions from which they defraud the public? Do not misread these statements to claim I support the conclusion that anyone at SPNG has committed fraud...I do not believe any fraud has been committed by SPNG, but by the "...and or other persons..." named in the original SEC document. Probably Naked Short Sellers running their SHORT AND DISTORT campaign AGAIN. Similarly to their campaign against DNDN. Check it out.

Who else but SPNG could have committed the fraud? No one else hired a defective auditor. no one else has caused them to be late with the 10K. No one else fraudulently created five customers. No one else made the quetionable investments. So, just who else could have committed the fraud for which SPNG stands accused?
