nice post. Oh, and to answer some of the people who answered my earlier post with questionable logic...the SEC already has the power to replace corporate criminals, and that is far from fascism. It is called the rule of law. Would you prefer that the SEC allow criminals to remain in their positions from which they defraud the public? Do not misread these statements to claim I support the conclusion that anyone at SPNG has committed fraud...I do not believe any fraud has been committed by SPNG, but by the "...and or other persons..." named in the original SEC document. Probably Naked Short Sellers running their SHORT AND DISTORT campaign AGAIN. Similarly to their campaign against DNDN. Check it out.
