I have been reading the SEC complaint. Show me, where they do say, that SPNG did something wrong?
The part where they question the financials and statements the company has made.
If you read the text as one should read it it points into the right direction: The SEC is looking into both sides - SPNG and those who have accused SPNG of doing something wrong.
No if you read it you realize they are investigating SPNG and that is why it was suspended. What you say is completely false.
I don't know what your reading, but the SEC has questions about the accuracy of press releases, the amount of sales and customer orders received by the company, investment agreements, and revenues reported in financial statements. If you need more info to verify my post please read the SEC complaint here: http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2009/34-60788-o.pdf -------------------- I have been reading the SEC complaint. Nothing more to say, because it is very clear what has been meant by the action of the SEC.
brains when you posted this message on December 27, 2009, SPNG had already received the Wells Notice from the SEC indicating that after months of formal investigation, it intended to file securities fraud charges againts SPNG, Metter and Moskowitz.
