I don't know what your reading, but the SEC has questions about the accuracy of press releases, the amount of sales and customer orders received by the company, investment agreements, and revenues reported in financial statements. Show me, where they do say, that SPNG did something wrong? If you read the text as one should read it it points into the right direction: The SEC is looking into both sides - SPNG and those who have accused SPNG of doing something wrong. Nothing more to say, because it is very clear what has been meant by the action of the SEC.
