why would they walk away from a shell...incur costs of getting a new one...only to bring the shareholders back into it.

Well, when the DTC will no longer clear trades then the ability to raise funds from share sales diminishes greatly. The number of shares issued and sold in ANVH would be the determining factor in acquiring a new shell and starting over. Because, if the folks who moved into NUEC felt as if the costs associated with moving could be absorbed by the new ability to sell paper then I guess it would make sense.
In other words, I believe they felt as if the reward from selling stock was going to far outweigh the cost of moving the assets into a shell where they could reopen the avenue of selling stock and recoup the cost of the move and then some.
That's certainly what I believe.
