i have three questions that i would like answered by Michael Ames:

Is Cross Atlantic considered a victim or are they under investigation as a suspected collaborator (by DTCC)?

If DTCC suspended all services for Cross Atlantic except ‘custody services’ in September why are some brokerages still trading this?

Are all brokerage houses bound by DTCC rules? If not, which ones are not?


If anybody has any others i would like to know. i will be calling him tomorrow.

DTC doesn't speak with individuals...only brokerage firms. I've called DTC a few times only to get the same response.
