bluediamonds - Thanks. Very interesting until the poster gets into the NSS "explanation".

There is not the slightest evidence for any NSS in CMKX - all theories that purport to describe it are based on dividend distribution scenarios that have not panned out or are so out of touch with the way the security markets really operate that they are more akin to fairy tales (some are both).

I would hope that CMKM has NOT submitted bogus dividend ratios to the NASD. If they have the SEC will, I'm sure, want to know all about that.
