I've filed the complaint with E-Trade. Talking to the customer service dept was infuriating. They just keep spouting the same line about how the DTC has halted trading.
"No, they have not", I told him. "This is a monetary decision by E-Trade, which I'm fine with, but I have too much money in this to get locked up because somebody on your end doesn't know how to do their research"
