Viki, you have no proof of any PBLS money being withdrawn and used for TECO. The only thing that has been stated on here is that the name was originally registered to CA ages ago. Have you ever considered that there are other investors in Treaty who's money was used to get the Treaty deal done?
Unless you have purchased TECO stock on the open market you are NOT an investor here and all you are doing is wasting your time. You have to be quite a disturbed individual to sit on a message board all day and hope and pray for people to lose money.
